View Scheduled ACH
This functionality is available for locations utilizing the Premium Portal.
View scheduled ACH payments for invoices and optionally mark them on hold and export to a spreadsheet for reporting purposes. When the invoice is marked as on Hold, the invoices should not be paid as a part of the scheduled ACH web payments.

Grant permission to User Profiles in Merchant Ag FIN > Admin > System Security > Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security tab > Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Cash Management > View Scheduled ACH. |

Choose to sort the grid Asc or Desc and enter a keyword to search for specific transactions;.
The grid displays the following ACH Payments:

Pending Tagged Invoices including Customers set to Daily, Weekly, or Bi-Monthly frequency

Budget Billing payments
-
Lump Sum Payments
The grid columns include:
Hold for invoices tagged for customers set for daily, weekly or Bi-Monthly frequency
Process Date which is the date the customers account will be debited
Invoice applies to those payments that have an applicable invoice otherwise this field is blank. Invoices that are not tagged for payment but are marked as On Hold still appear in the grid.

Click which opens to a file directory to name and save the file
When the Apply Web Payments SRV task is run this grid clears entries not on hold.
